Our basic stance

Any work.
Any time.
Anywhere.

That is our goal for office work: every task can be done at any time and from any place with an internet connection.

For everyone who works in the office – from assistants and clerks to management.

An ambitious demand, yes. Where work (still) runs up against limits, we acknowledge that. But we take a close look at whether those limits really have to exist.

Why digital?

It pays off.
For both sides.

Going digital is not an end in itself. Some things can stay analogue. But when in doubt: digital. Both the company and the people who work there benefit.

01 / What the company gains

For your company

  • Cover works. Holidays and sickness don’t bring the business to a halt.
  • Knowledge stays. It is no longer locked in individual heads.
  • Less friction. Less searching, fewer follow-up questions and less duplicated work.
  • An attractive workplace. Working from home and on the move become possible.
  • Ready for more. Digital processes are the foundation for automation and AI.

More economical.
More adaptable.

02 / What employees gain

For your employees

  • More time for what matters. Less admin, less searching.
  • Relief. Nobody has to be the only one who knows everything any more.
  • Freedom. Work wherever suits you.
  • More real expertise. Tools take over the routine.
  • Valuable skills. Digital competence counts on the job market.

Less burden.
More freedom.

Invest once. Benefit every day.

Make Work Visible

Every head has its own picture.
We turn them into a shared one.

When people talk about their shared work, they often mean something different from everyone else. Usually nobody notices – until things start to grind.

Without a shared pictureEveryone talks about the same process yet means different things. Misunderstandings pile up, conversations go round in circles, conflicts arise.
With a shared pictureWe make the work visible. Everyone looks at the same representation, differences become apparent and can be cleared up. Many pictures become one, and understanding flows.

Often everyone is amazed at what it reveals – for example, how often a manager is needed in processes.

Only when everyone looks at the same picture can change happen without friction.

Our approach

Systematic.
Step by step.

Four phases with clear steps. Choose a phase to see its steps.

Phase 01 · Analysis

Understand how work
is done today.

Together with the people involved, we look at their actual work: which processes exist, what happens outside them, which tools are in use and how information flows.

  1. Inventory

We record what is there: processes, activities, tools, information paths and roles.

  2. As is

    Visualisation I

We make the current state visible so that everyone looks at the same picture instead of five different ones in their heads.

In use: a digital whiteboard on which the map of your processes takes shape.

Phase 02 · Design

Decide together
how to do it better.

From the shared picture of today emerges a picture of how the work can run more simply, more leanly and more digitally. Many of the ideas come from the employees themselves.

  1. To be

    Visualisation II

Together we draw the target picture: this is how work should run in future.

  2. Optimisation

What can go, what can be simpler, and what can be done better digitally? This is where we plan going digital. A step that disappears doesn’t need to be digitalised in the first place.

In use: the whiteboard for the target picture and a procedure in which employees contribute ideas, rate them and prioritise them together.

Phase 03 · Implementation

Implement it,
step by step.

Now the target picture becomes reality: first digital, then automatic, then with AI. And where a suitable tool is missing, we build it.

  1. Digitalisation

Information is freed from paper and fixed places. Any work becomes possible from anywhere.

  2. Automation

Digital processes carry on without anyone lifting a finger – no retyping and no forwarding by email.

  3. Augmentation

AI takes over where fixed rules aren’t enough. It reads, sorts and helps decide.

  4. Branch

    Programming

With AI we build the right tools: where there aren’t any yet, where Excel is overloaded or where standard software has gaps.

In use: a change board with all agreed measures – and, depending on the task, tools for digitalisation, automation and AI.

Phase 04 · Ongoing support

Stay with it until it
works in everyday life.

Some measures are done in two weeks, others take months until they are introduced and practised. Day-to-day business often lacks the energy for this: as soon as nobody follows up any more, other things become more important again.

  1. Ongoing support

We stay at your side regularly: we facilitate the change process, follow up and keep progress visible. That also applies if you implement things yourself. And if you need hands-on help with implementation, we are happy to pitch in.

In use: the change board – guiding principles, all measures and what is being implemented right now, at a glance.

Improvements at every level

From the workplace
to the organisation.

We start at the individual workplace and work our way forward: through the processes between roles to the whole organisation. The same path applies at every level.

  1. 01

    Start at the workplace

We start with individual people, where the work actually happens. Much can be made easier right there: with a simpler process, an automation or the right tool.

  2. 02

    Recognise patterns

From one workplace to the next, connections appear. Where does this piece of paper come from? Where does this information go? This reveals processes that reach across roles and departments.

  3. 03

    Improve the whole

Then we don’t just improve individual spots but the processes of the whole organisation, right up to its boundaries. Within those boundaries, the results can also be put into practice.

The next step is a conversation.
