Our services have two sides:

Services

Working better together.
With digital tools and AI.

Everything we do revolves around office work – for leaders and teams in medium-sized businesses. We want people there to enjoy their work and see what they achieve – instead of groaning under overload.

Most teams know their subject well. But their expertise often gets buried under cumbersome ways of working: communication, agreements and workload are not under control. That is where we come in – with better ways of working, the right digital tools and AI.

Every service combines a format and a topic. And a conversation with you. You can see what it costs further down.

Formats

From talks
to ongoing support.

The smaller the group, the more it is about you: we talk less, you talk more. Which format suits your situation?

Talk

5 to 1,000 people

Talk

We present a topic, you listen – and there is time for questions at the end.

Advantages
Reaches many people at once and creates a shared starting point.
Disadvantages
Little exchange; we can hardly go into individual situations.
A good fit if …
Many people should get a nudge, or you would like some input first.
Less suitable if …
Your team already has specific questions – then a workshop is more useful.
Online or on site?
On site only: a talk lives on the energy in the room.

Seminar

up to around 25 people

Training

We bring a tool or a method and teach it – interactively and as equals.

Advantages
Everyone learns the same thing and can apply it straight away.
Disadvantages
There is less room for individuals’ particular problems.
A good fit if …
A team should learn a tool or a way of working together.
Less suitable if …
Your own questions should take centre stage – then a workshop is better.
Online or on site?
Works well online and on site.
up to around 15 people

Workshop

You bring your questions and problems. Together we work out solutions – with our knowledge and our tools.

Advantages
Solutions for your situation; everyone gets a say.
Disadvantages
Only for small groups; needs specific questions.
A good fit if …
You have specific questions or friction that you want to resolve together.
Less suitable if …
The topic is still new to everyone – then start with a talk or training.
Online or on site?
Works well online if everyone has their camera on; more intensive on site.

Consulting

1 to 2 people

Coaching

One-to-one advice at the workplace. We listen – and come up with ideas.

Advantages
Tailored entirely to your work and your tools.
Disadvantages
Only reaches individuals.
A good fit if …
Individuals want to noticeably improve the way they work.
Less suitable if …
There are no questions of your own yet – then start with a talk.
Online or on site?
On site at the workplace to begin with, online afterwards too.
one organisation

Organisational consulting

We analyse with you how work is done today, design together how it can be done better and help you put it into practice.

Advantages
The whole picture: processes across roles and departments.
Disadvantages
Takes time and a willingness to question familiar habits.
A good fit if …
Processes get stuck between teams, and you want to change something fundamental.
Less suitable if …
You are only looking for orientation for now – then a talk is better.
Online or on site?
Consulting always starts on site: kick-off and getting to know each other at your premises. After that, much can be done online.
This is how we go about it

Implementation

team or organisation

Ongoing support

The measures have been decided. We stay on the case, follow up and give input – as partners who hold you to it.

Advantages
The change doesn’t get lost in day-to-day business.
Disadvantages
Only works if you want to put things into practice yourself.
A good fit if …
After a workshop or consulting, what was decided should really become part of everyday work.
Less suitable if …
It is still open what should change – then start with a workshop or consulting.
Online or on site?
Works well online, supplemented by on-site meetings.
for individuals, teams or everyone

Tool development

We build the tool you are missing – with AI too. Where there is no software, where your software lacks something or where an overloaded Excel spreadsheet needs replacing.

Advantages
The gap is closed; the excuse ‘we don’t have the right tool’ is gone.
Disadvantages
You still have to use the tool yourself.
A good fit if …
A specific gap in your tools is slowing your work down.
Less suitable if …
The process itself is still unclear – then simplify it together first.
Online or on site?
Development mostly online, together with you.

Online or on site?

On site, the energy is higher: everyone is involved, everyone is challenged. Online is more flexible and saves travel. Both have their place.

These days we lean towards ‘on site’ again, at least at the beginning. For longer projects we meet at your premises to start with – after that, much can be done online.
