Our services have two sides:

Topic · Digital tools

Good tools.
For good ways of working.

A tool alone doesn’t make work better. But today, good ways of working need digital tools. Where skilled staff are scarce and employees expect more, going digital is no longer an extra but a must.

We help you choose the right tools, introduce them and use them well. First the way of working, then the tool.

01 / Task and project management

Everyone sees
what’s coming up.

The largest class of tools in the office: from a simple to-do list to a Kanban board for the whole team. There are plenty of tools, such as Trello, Planner or KanBo.

What matters is the way of working behind it: each person and each team makes their upcoming tasks visible. That way you know what is being worked on, what is waiting and what is done – without having to ask.

The Kanban method can be put into practice with standard tools. Where they aren’t enough, with a tool of your own.

  1. To-do listfor your own tasks
  2. Team task listshared at a glance
  3. Kanban boardthe flow of work becomes visible
  4. Your own toolwhen standard isn’t enough

02 / Documents and knowledge

Not everything
is a document.

Documents live in the archive system, on drives or in SharePoint. Alongside them there is much smaller knowledge: a procedure, an agreement, a note for whoever covers for you.

Much of what is filed as a PDF or Word file today would be better off as a note: quicker to write, easier to find, simpler to keep up to date. We help you find the right place for every kind of knowledge.

03 / Digitalisation and automation

Digital first.
Then automatic.

Digitalisation first means moving from paper to digital. For example, introducing a scanner – and then treating scanned documents differently from paper.

This includes asking where a digital tool can replace work done on paper. Holiday requests on paper? Then we check whether there is a suitable tool – or whether Excel is enough.

Automation starts as soon as something is digital: a scanned document lands in a folder and is forwarded, filed or turned into a task automatically. AI is one tool among many here.

04 / Minutes and signatures

Making things official.
Digitally.

Some things need to become official: what was discussed is recorded. What was agreed is signed. That can be done digitally today too.

Minutes

Spoken words become a document

What people agree in a meeting shouldn’t get lost. Today there are digital tools that make taking minutes easier.

Signature

Signing without a printer

Print, sign, scan it back in: that is a misunderstanding of going digital. With a digital signature, using Docusign for example, the document stays digital from start to finish.
